Analytics, visitor identification, and advertising

We may use the following services:

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to deploy and govern the measurement and advertising technologies described below, and to apply your consent settings before those technologies run.

Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate website traffic and usage. Plausible is designed not to use cookies or persistent personal identifiers and does not track visitors across websites. More information is available in Plausible’s Data Policy.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads

We may use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and related Google technologies for event analytics, conversion measurement, and remarketing. Google may use cookies, advertising identifiers, device information, and website activity to measure advertising and display personalized or non-personalized advertisements. More information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy and its explanation of how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads)

We use the ChatGPT Ads pixel and the corresponding conversions interface to measure advertising performance. When you submit a form, we send OpenAI a record that the conversion happened, along with a hashed version of your email address. Your email address is hashed before it leaves our servers and the plain-text value is never sent. More information is available in OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

RB2B

We may use RB2B to identify companies and, where available, business professionals who visit our website. RB2B may process device, network, browsing, company, and professional information to provide visitor-identification and engagement data. We treat person-level identification as a United States tactic only. More information is available in RB2B’s Privacy Policy.

LinkedIn

We may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion measurement, audience development, and advertising. LinkedIn may collect information including page URLs, referring URLs, IP addresses, timestamps, and browser or device characteristics, and may use cookies and similar technologies to associate visits with LinkedIn member accounts. More information is available in LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.

Service providers we rely on

Beyond the measurement technologies above, the following providers process information on our behalf so the website and our sales process can operate:

  • Vercel for website hosting and content delivery, and Cloudflare for domain and network services.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and abuse protection on our forms.
  • HighLevel as our customer relationship management system, which holds contact records, activity, and engagement history.
  • Cal.com for scheduling calls, which collects the details you enter when booking.
  • Resend and Twilio for transactional email and message notifications relating to your inquiry.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Hosting, analytics, advertising, visitor-identification, communications, scheduling, security, and other service providers
  • Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, and insurers
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security
  • A buyer, investor, successor, or other party involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of some or all of our business

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising and visitor-identification technologies may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws.
